Delete account or request data

Profile -> Privacy & Terms -> Delete Account / Data Request

Create and track privacy or account deletion requests inside the app.

Report a review or block a user

Toilet detail -> review menu -> Report review / Block user

Use the review menu on a toilet detail page to report unsafe review content or block the review author.

Moderation before publication

Places, reviews, and attached photos

Submissions and reviews are reviewed before they appear publicly, and moderation outcomes may be reflected in the app.

Account deletion requests submitted through the app are processed within 7 days.

Account and sign-in

Problems with account access, authentication, or ownership verification for data requests.

Listings and moderation

Incorrect toilet information, rejected submissions, moderation questions, or unsafe content reports.
